It has to do with how you're sitting and probably what underwear you're wearing. You want to wear something that doesn't let your business bounce around down there (not boxers) and then you need to sit a certain way. Sitting in a saddle is not the same as sitting in a chair. If you sit a horse like you sit a chair you'll injure yourself (just ask my husband lol)
As a female, I can't tell you what way to sit, but I'm sure a male rider could give you some pointers. I can tell you that you bounce less when the horse moves if you engage your core and your thigh muscles more.
Do you ride western or English? If English, do you post? Posting helps prevent a painful ride. If western, you need to put all your weight in your butt, if that makes sense. Keeps you grounded to the saddle and less likely to bounce around.

Yeah thats normal. Make sure you're sitting on your seat bones and not leaning too far forward. Apparently making sure they're not under you helps too.
Dude, u could get sterile if it continues. I'd recommend u get a strap or something. I personally never used one so don't know what to call it. U may need to change the type of underwear your wearing.
And when u Wear your underwear make sure that the scrotum is in front (this is only if u ride a horse slowly and are sitting straight) . u could also keep a pillow or something on the saddle to reduce the pain
I wear a jock when I am riding
Also the more you ride, the better you will get use to it
