I would be concerned about a sexual assault allegation more than anything else.
If it wasn't for that, I would compete against a woman no problem.
That's called chivalry. And I have mad respect for the dude.
It was chivalry because he knew he might hurt her so he refused
He's a pussy. I'd wrestle her, it's called equality
Little hint it wasn't fear
Then what was it
Maybe he was afraid that he might have lost if he wrestled her and wouldn‘t be able to handle it.
Yeah. I was thinking that is the most likely possibility. He wouldn't be able to live with the shame of loosing to a girl. Does that fit the definition of chauvinism?
Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Fair play to him, it's his decision at the end of the day.
@DizzyDesii just curious what your take on this is
I didn't watch the vid but he's saving himself from a metoo case so its best that genders fight their own gender
ok same thing i was thinking
With today's political climate and bullshit I wouldn't have taken the match either.
Probably chauvinism if it has to be about religion.
maybe he didn't want to hurt her by accident, maybe he was stronger, and did not want her to get hurt,
man i wish he did compete against her and break her jaw
It wouldn't have been a fair match. What was he supposed to do?
I think it's none, like he said, it's his personal convictions, I don't see where the problem is.
I can see his reasoning, but it's just a sport, not like you're trying to seriously injure her.
It’s smart us men need to put our foot down to this shit. Women keep trying to ruin guy stuff
It's because men are physically stronger biologically than Women.
not all men from all women
No any man is stronger than a woman it's science
no, they are not, there are really weak men that are weaker than some really strong women
its also not all in the strenght but skill and intelligence
Wrestling is mainly strength and men are biologically stronger than Women get over it
there is nothing to get over, if men are stronger by defult howcome women defeat men than too
Any Examples in Physical Fitness?
I am a girl and I gracefully accept that I am physically not strong like boys.
I assume this girl as qualified to it had to beat guys
I do know real life examples too
but look at the answer of StylesbyDR on this question, he literally wrote he was beaten by the girl
@devilish-cutie You feminazis will NEVER be happy because the problem is in you not the world. There was NO winning in this situation. Had he beaten her, you would have shamed him.
@Shezadi of course most women are weaker than most men, thats has nothing to do with acceptance
the question is are they all
@devilish-cutie Women are confused, they talk about gender equality only when it benefits them and then start acting like crybabies after losing a game. That woman would have injured and then she would have filed a police case against him.
@Shezadi you assume he would be shamed, he would be shamed by those like you, not feminists
and i dont see why do you think im unhappy
@devilish-cutie you think he would have been praised for wrestling with a girl? You know what feminism is becoming toxic and dangerous, it is hurting women.
@devilish-cutie Women will stop believing in feminism if it starts HURTING them. And feminism in the west has gone too far to a point it has become a cancer in the society.
@Shezadi You contradict ysf, you say feminism hurts women and then that when feminism start hurting women they will stop it - i see no women stoping about feminism so it obviously doesn't hurt them
and are you even in west to talk about it?
No one that has a moral compass wants feminism anymore
Chauvinism. Even if you think things like WWE is fake, some women, WANT to fight men.. men should be able to hit women who WANT to be hit
Look at his face he fears the opposite sex it's okay most men do
This sounds like a personal thing for him rather than an all eyes on me moment 😕
You know chivalry is considered misogynistic this days right? so why bother?
Probably both but probably doesn’t want to hurt her
No. Neither. It’s a small act of sanity.
He should have showed her equality that they always whine about and fucked her up badly.
It's sexist and stupid but it's his choice
nothing to do with sexism
Why did he refuse? Maybe scared to lose to a girl
did you even watch the video? did you even listen to why he chose not to wrestle the girl?
Nadim, I gave you thumbs down even though we are good friends because that guy refused out of RESPECT.
How is that respect? She wanted to wrestle him.
for starters: you don't put your hands on a girl, you don't hit a girl, and you don't hurt a girl. wrestling and various martial arts are sports with very high injury rates. Esp when you wrestle out of your weight class, you run the risk of getting hurt by the bigger opponent. A girl who is not the same stature as a guy (among other things) in such a physical sport is in great danger of being injured.
Hell, the kid talked to the girl's dad and they agreed with the decision. Part of being a man
(Part of being a man) yeah, ignoring the girl's opinion and talking to only her dad is a great example of a man, since women's opinion doesn't even matter.
Wow, he's ignoring the girls opinion? Is she (and you) ignoring his opinion? You make it sound like the guy's opinion doesn't matter because... he's a guy?
Stop while you still can can, don't learn to be a simp and pander to women that early in your life. Both opinions matter, she shouldn't bow to his nor should he to hers. Don't forget that.
That's why I said "but it's his choice" if you chose to cut your arm off and drink poison I'd say you're a crazy idiot. Hoever it's your choice.
Women benefited me and helped me way more than men did
@Blightly That guy Nadim is only 14. He is still a baby. Those who are below 18 shouldn't even be giving their opinions when they can't vote in the elections.
Hey what's the matter with you. That's age-ist
I told you there's nothing sexist about it aside from you and the reporter's approach to this situation which is to ignore the guy's opinion in favor of the girl's JUST BECAUSE it came from a girl.
Women manipulated you and you pander to them because that's what you've been conditioned to do. Men avoid you because you pander to women and have no fun because you're worried about what is and isn't "sexist".
@Shezadi yeah I know, that's why I wanna set him straight before he ruins his young adult life like I did mine.
The sexist thing is the guy's opinion, however I stated "IT. IS. HIS. CHOICE." I don't agree with his choice but I respect his choice. If that's your definition of a man I'd be glad if men avoid me but unfortunately they don't seem to since I have to run into them everyday.
So in your world chivalry / don't hit women / don't hurt women / etc. = sexism?
What was sexist was the reporter telling the kid off for not siding with the girl's opinion and badgering him that he had a different opinion because he doesn't believe in hurting girls. What was also sexist was your remark about "Maybe scared to lose to a girl". Probably should take your words into consideration before judging someone else lest you become a hypocrite
No, I support chivalry such as trying not to harm a female attacker. Hoever let's say you're sent to war and you affront a female combatant. Now you're fucked in the head if you don't kill her because "chivalry" same thing here.
Define sexism.
Your limitations directed toward chivalry place you in that no-win situation. Chivalry is pulling out a chair for a woman, holding the door, protecting her from danger, etc. If your chivalry extends to blatantly putting your head on a chopping block because you try to hold back when defending yourself you truly show that you've been conditioned to be the whipping boy of women. In your argument, the boy should take it easy on the girl 'because she's a girl and he's a guy' but then he'd be belittling her which is again sexist in your eyes. Regardless of the outcome, you would find it sexist.
However for me, sexism is: Bias (good or bad) allotted to one gender while held against the other gender.
But that's exactly what happened. He refused to fight her because she's a girl. That's biased
You and the reporter refuse to listen to his and her dad's judgement on the situation and favor the girl's opinion over his solely because she's a girl. "That's biased"
I didn't favoir it because it's a girl I favored it because it's fair
"No, I support chivalry", "I favored it because it's fair", "He refused to fight her because she's a girl"
yeah you're all about that "fairness". Say he did fight her, should he have held back to not hurt her or should he have proceeded to wipe the floor with her as the next contender did? What would be "fair" in your "non sexist and unbiased" world view kid?
It's an act of kindness.
Males and females are not equal combatants. If she can battle men in a closed arena she better be rich.
It was an act of common sense.
I don't think it's either. It's common sense.
Probably afraid to get his ass handed to him.
My thoughts exactly 😂😂
Chauvinism and probably cowardice.
Scared he get his ass beat
Wrestling is fake anyway.
lol...
He was worried she might win.
Maybe he didn't want to get a boner
Sounds like he is a weak crybaby lol
He did the right thing and I respect him
He pussed out. Should have just wrestled her.
Not exactly a fair match...
Religion is for cowards.
I think he's so sweet.
This is so old now it's not even relevant
Do you call this sexist?
Men fight men
Women fight women
I'm not a conservative person but I agree when it comes to a sport like this which is very physical. I'm not saying that a woman couldn't beat a man but I don't think a man should have to compete with a woman in wrestling if he doesn't want to. It has a lot more contact than any other sport.
@sejla thank you
To be fair it's a lose-lose situation!
pussy he knew she would beat him up.
Lol wut
Yeah keep dreaming
I mean, I think he did the right thing
he should have just kicked her ass
sexism and misogyny
On what planet?
@BruceJender not yours obviously
That was your chance to explain why it is sexism and misogyny.
@BruceJender I don't have to explain, just use your imagination
Chivalry
Who cares anymore.
What a pussy
