Sportsmanship in high school wrestling in matches between a guy and a girl?

Anonymous
My younger sister was on the high school wrestling team last season (and will wrestle again next season), and has usually had to face guys instead of other girls. My sister said that there are some tactics she uses to try to distract a male opponent.

For one example, she said she pulls her singlet up above her thighs. Other things involve the way she will try to get her opponent to look at her between rounds and 'incidental' contact during the match.

My question is simple. Is it bad sportsmanship to try to use such tactics against an opponent? Or is this a normal way of trying to get in your opponent's head?

My sister claims that if he respects her as an opponent, he won't even notice.
This is bad sportsmanship.
It isn't against the rules, and it's the guy's fault if he gets distracted.

So far it seems pretty clear that this isn't bad sportsmanship, which surprises me...

Alright, guys are more likely to think this is unfair. Why?
