Do girls have a physical advantage over boys in wrestling?

Do girls have a physical advantage over boys in wrestling? I heard that since girls tend to be more flexible and have a lower center of gravity could give them an advantage over boys in wrestling. Since they tend to be more flexible they're find it easier to get out of holds and since boys have a higher center of gravity than girls they're easier to tip over and pin. Do you think there's any truth to this?

To a certain age. When I was in grade school and middle school, we would actually wrestle girls and they did very well. Although, they would weigh 10lbs more than the boy they wrestled. Once we were in middle school, it was no longer competitive for girls. They would even say that the pure strength that the guys suddenly developed was impossible to overcome. So, by 6th grade the program ended. Which was a shame! Because that's when it actually became "fun" to wrestle them!

Honestly no, I've seen guys with months of training (Amatuers) man handle girls with years of training (almost Pro)
