Well, it depends. On average guys do have stronger lower bodies over women but not nearly to the same degree as their upper body strength advantage. If a women trains her legs gluts etc well and the guy does little or no training on legs my money is on the woman who trains legs. I can beat my muscular strong upper body built boyfriend in a leg wrestle because he don't train his legs while I train mine all the time. It is no contest in upper body strength contest. I got no chance.
@Funerestle My boyfriend. No no way. One out of Five I can get him down cause he is tired and trip him up or flip cause he is top heavy lol. Then I can use my legs to slow him down or lock him up but he will eventually get me cause he can totally control me upper body wise. No contest. I may be able to catch him with a kick to the head but we don't do those things.
@Suefit1 it’s so obvious when they do as well and tbh I hate seeing guys who are really buff around their arms and then have those sad little chicken legs
@princessfromjupiter Yeah you're right, you'd probably win against me. We're perhaps close in strength, but you're definetely more endurant. I do usually just 3 sets of 12 reps, not 6 as u do😊
I’ve been playing sports my whole life. My legs are the most muscular things on my body. But, I’m always at the gym with my legs. It depends on the guy tbh. Some guys like arm day, some like leg day. Sooo it depends. I sometimes am stronger in my legs than most men but again, it depends

That's cool. How much weigh could you lift in bench and legpress? I do 200 lbs in legpress.
I selected men are stronger in legs because generally this is true. Not in all cases. Take my girlfriend for example she works out 5 days a week 3 hours each. I work out 3 times a week for a hour. She is 10 years younger and taking supplements. In addition she not a tiny woman at a very fit 5'7" 145 pounds. Her legs have become stronger then mine by roughly 20% and except in bench press and a few other exercises her upper body is pound for pound slightly stronger then mine. Weaker in absolute strength in almost all. On the other hand she can do more push ups so her strength endurance for her body size is better and she give me fits in a arm wrestle sometimes but I still win.
Most girls with thick legs have very strong legs... stronger than men that don't jack up their legs but they might be strong but they are still weak mentally, so a little pain and they start whining... so in that sense the guy might still win
I'm glad you asked this question. Girls have long thighs, which gives them more leverage for leg wrestling. This is one sport that they can routinely beat guys at.
