Yes they can win if they train hard and know how. I recently arm wrestled my very fit girlfriend. She surprised me and it took my 85 to 90% full effort to put her away. It got progressively harder to beat her each match. By the 7th match she almost beat me because she very fit. This was one of those arms on a regular table, no wrist or body stuff involved. My arms a good chunk bigger then hers too. Good things is I did not loose lol

I don't know about the piggy back ride lol but like , maybe pulling up someone bigger than me , lifting stuff that when two people are suppose to be lifting, at age of ten I filled 8 2L bottles of water and carried all of them and my dad thought I'll drop them, saying I wouldn't be able to hold all and i did lol, I pulled my dad off the bed a couple times already when he was being a jerk one time , uhh , I did gave my sister a piggy back ride and she's really heavy but I lasted a long time lol and all I heard woah you're SK strong girl. I think that's all i can remember lol
