What sport do you play the best?

Current stuff I'm best at.
Martial Arts
Boxing
Kenjutsu
Though I've never done it, it was suggested to me by a cage fighter that I'd be really good at cage fighting lol and that I'd dominate in my weight class.
Sports I used to be really good at
Soccer ( the one with the white ball you kick )
Football specifically smear the queer where basically everyone tries to tackle the guy with the ball kinda like a mix between reverse tag and rugby
Basketball
Baseball
Something I'd really like to get good at and learn would be Kyūdō though always wanted to learn it.
Weightlifting & wrestling would be it.
Fuck yeah.

Ones that reward explosive power and speed. Sprinting was my #1 along with big airs on a vert ramp, and I excelled in arm wrestling at school (though that might have more to do with technique). My worst is finesse-based sports like billiards, golf (I could almost consistently swing over 300 yards as a teen which made my grandfather think I was like a Tiger Woods only to realize that I'm hopeless at putting), basketball, darts, etc. Oddly I am a very good shot though. I surprised my instructors when I got a distant bullseye on my second try with a gun, and so they thought it was a lucky shot. Then I hit bullseye back to back after that with the tightest grouping. I think shooting is easier for me since I don't have to make a broad motion with my body to aim. I just have to be very steady with it.
I am one of those that is maybe almost entirely fast-twitch muscle. I don't have much the slow-twitch, so while I was the fastest sprinter in my school, I was also the worst distance runner ever. The 1-mile jogs we had to do each track meet for warm-up actually made me more tired than some of the worst on the team. Yet once I recovered, I could do the 100m dash in under 10.5 secs (my PR is 10.3).
Meanwhile, even though I seemed to have a knack for aiming a gun, you ask me to do free throws with a basketball and I can easily miss 85% of them. Sometimes I don't even hit the backboard. I'm like a mentally handicapped person there. But you pass me a football and ask me to run a certain direction and usually no one can catch me.
I'm pretty good at every sport when I was in high school the coaches tried and tried and tried to talk me into every sport wrestling football baseball tennis but I lived like 20 miles out of town and I have to take a bus so I couldn't practice or anything like that but I did have a dirt bike and I used to race so that was nice he's not play any sports but to this day I love all sports I did play Babe Ruth baseball for two years went to the Nationals both years as an All-Star I think there was one more guy from my team that went to. our team sucks LOL but it was fun
I've excelled in numerous sports in the past. Nowadays, golf is my passion and I am "LPGA-caliber" at this moment.
Beautiful
I was a good junior golfer , I still participate but nothing like the levels I achieved as a youth , I probably burnt myself out , I finished all team sports young..
Mainly now surfing , and swimming , never took to athletics although I was a good short distance runner , and never got into tennis , but I like watching those who are skilled at it..
But , I swim everyday still..
I am a good defender in soccer against middle schoolers that play on teams. I like the CB, RB, LB and ST positions. I'm good at lifting weights and I can fight. I can do 25+ mile bike rides.
I never played any sports in high school or college, but I am naturally good at almost any sport I try except baseball. I have bad vision so by the time I can see the ball well enough it is already too close.
Basketball. I try to pick up games weekly. I can hold my own against JUCO players. I think that's pretty decent for my age. It does seem like my quickness is starting to slip away. I got big hands that allow me to palm the ball pretty easily and at 6'5" I usually have a height advantage on whoever I match up with. It gives me a post up advantage. Even if I can't outrun my opponent I can post him up and back him down
Table tennis, was #2 at college intramural in that.
Volleyball, racquetball back in the day.
More recently can still play a bit of tennis and golf,
and can still hold my own at table tennis.
Would like to try some pickle-ball- neighbors set-up a pickle ball court in our dead-end street.
I think I am a great football player. I played baseball, basketball, and Football in highschool and ran track for 2 years. I think I was good Football because it was my favorite sport and I was a permanent started through highschool while is was a fill in or a backup in the other sports
Shooting stuff,
archery and rifles.
then Mountain biking (used to take part in Competitions).
I suck at football (soccer) and busted my knee so not allowed to play rugby.
It is I loved it, still watch it but zero playing
I have a buddy that competes in mountain biking too. He cuts all the heavy socal traffic by biking a grueling (for most anyone else) mountain path back and forth to work every day. He’s also a lineman (electricity) so he’s a bit 😵💫 lol I prefer racing horses over mountains, but he has a blast. It takes an adventurous mind.
GaG changed the emojis.. bummer
@dustybiker yeah they are having a bit of a crisis 😂
@dustybiker we have some good tracks here as not far from Kielder forest and Cheviot hills, it’s barren in paces lol.
Some good horse riding treks as well
Oh, nice. I just looked them up as not familiar. Cheviot hills is especially beautiful.
To play or to watch?
i Never miss baseball or American Football if I’m watching.
But I grew up playing volleyball and its always stuck around.
Hunter-jumper/dressage, basketball, football/soccer, Taekwondo, so so surfer.. and some. Love being outdoors having fun.
Probably football (as in proper football... English football lol), cricket, tennis etc. I'm a sporty guy so whilst I might have a natural lack of ability my stubbornness/hard work makes me reasonably competent at most of them lol
Freeride skiing.
I'm also a 4* sea kayaker (and professional sea kayak guide), and fairly decent at badminton.
Hockey. I played in the IHL for 3 years. Now I coach and really enjoy it.
Badminton is the best. Table tennis is other thing I like to play but I am not good in it you can say average.
Diving area of swimming. I definitely am not as good as I use to be in high school and college since I stopped lol but I can still do it. I enjoyed swimming as well.
Middle row , far right , including Muay Thai & Myanmar Lethwei... which has no gloves , just tape & gauze on hands.
Lethwei isn't yet as well known as it's Thai neighbor. Current Golden Belt champion , Canadian , Dave LeDuc will likely change that. Lethwei is hardcore
Badminton, I played it for about 5-6 years or so when I was younger, maybe a bit more, I'm not sure.
MMA. I do it competitively and want to be picked up by Bellator or the UFC withing the next two years
Soccer, mountain biking, swimming and running... like the endurance sports
