Yes but I mainly work out at home and have my own gym basically and I follow a program I found that has been working for me and I love it to the point I feel like I am not killing myself , other programs I tried , pushed me to the edge to the point I lost motivation but this program I been using for past 4 months has been amazing and getting great results from it , I am not trying to be so crazy ass body builder but it helps me stay lean and cuts my muscles , But since it was the holidays I kinda of took a week off lol but I am starting it back up today after work , got to burn off all those Christmas treats lol
Its such an advantage to have a trainer , the hardest thing is longevity , and getting there when you dont feel like it , the healthiest of places , and the unhealthiest of places ( for some ) , stick to the goals , and keep it up , well done.
Its a lifetime effort.
I do. I try to do at least 60-90 minutes at least 5 days a week, of varying types of exercise. I walk, run, do yoga, swimming, weights, resistance, martial arts and dance. I don't do the same routine every day, but I do keep up with a workout of some sort , and it works very well for me. Keeps me limber, fit and toned.
Personally I hate work outs and exercise. It is so boring and painful. For fitness I play badminton and dance on tough kpop songs dances like of ITZY for 1 hr. It is same as 1 hour work out. Sometimes I go for a walk with my dad too.

I wish I could. I have a torn labrum in both shoulders, and had surgery twice on the right, that did no good. Hurts more now, then before my surgeries. I have arthritis in both wrist and hands. Arthritis in both knees, more so in the right knee. Bone spurs in both ankles. Kind of a mute point now.
I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds rough
All good. Kind of brought all this on myself. Over work, to many sports. Was super active up until I was about 32/33.
Wow well sounds like you had a good run
Definitely. Now I have pain 24/7 and can't fix it to save my life
I'm sorry to hear that. I get a lot of lower back pain that I'm trying to work through myself
Well your pain is from the top heavy issue. It takes time. I've been trying to fix mine too. Stretches, doctors, blah blah
Probably true. Hoping the best for you
You as well. Could always fix it with a surgery
You mean me?
Yours yes. Mine would be little more complicated
I go for a lot of massages and stretching and my trainer is helping strengthen my lower back
Those do help some. You are catching yours early. I never knew this until a cuples months ago, but apparently I got me a extra vertebrae and all the good stuff between the bones is close to gone.
Never heard of that
Last I looked it up, only like 11% of people in America have this. Bit odd.
Nevermind, just looked again, 10%
Interesting
Sure. Lol
Yeah I do need to keep in shape for my job and I kinda kept the routine of working out from highschool when I was in athletics like football, basketball, and baseball with some track and field. I like to have a girlfriend or some one that can push me to get stronger while in the gym.
My dad is lazy my mom
Is lazy! Doesn’t matter I still workout and have always worked out. Naturally without anything besides fruits and vegetables and beans,
And I’ll keep working out until I’m dead.
Everyone is fat In the world everywhere feels good.
Yeah but at home calisthenics. I like doing a little dis and a little dat. I dribble and a dabble. haha.
My boyfriend is a personal trainer, so I have an advantage ☺️
You’re just now starting to workout? You have some good genetics damn😔
Till I can’t move anymore I actually had to start taking sleeping medication to get enough rest
I have a disease called lazyness and a diagnose of boredom when it comes down to gym. Healthy lifestyle has not found me, yet.
I workout everyday, actually used to be a personal trainer myself years ago.
I have been working out since the 9th grade. I just got back from the gym an hour ago.
Yeah but Im busy because of work so not everyday
Your waist is unique and pretty..
And hot ass wow congratulations for hitting lottery in genetics..
I do and I absolutely love it!
I think everyone should for their health. You look very thin, it will be good for you to gain some strength.
You have a really nice butt. You haven't been skipping leg day. As a fellow gymmer, Good to see :)
I do simple work out, how can carry all that, am I going...
YES!!! I LUV exercising
Those dopamine releases after a hard run on the treadmill is something I never tire of
I lift 3 times a week. All that a person needs to get strong and in shape.
I used to a lot when I played sports. Since then yes but not like I did then.
Girl, how did you get a waist that small with a bust that big?
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ genetics
Lucky, I've got big knockers but there's no way they'd stay that way if I got that skinny. But do they make running uncomfortable?
A good sports bra takes care of that
Only 1? If so you must have strong coopers' ligaments.
Lol depends on the bra sometimes a second is necessary
Yeah it helps to double down for me too. Although I recently found out I had been wearing the wrong size and now that I've got one that fits I don't need two as often. Apparently 70% of women wear a bra size that is too small :(
Yes I get fitted for them
I got fitted at 16 but apparently they grew a bit and I didn't realize it until I was 40 (well I didn't but someone else did LOL).
What size do you have if you don't mind me asking?
28DD
Are you sure? Where did you get measured at?
Yep this morning I squatted 445 lbs 4 times.
Crushing it!!
Thanks. Were you working out before you started seeing the trainer?
Yea but not consistently
Consistency easy once you work it into your weekly routine and get a good cycle going. And I found that works for strength training and cardio.
Thanks
Yes, I work out and have a gym membership.
