Every 5 years should there be a super bowl where EVERY team plays each other in 1 quarter games. Whichever 4 teams end up with the most W's face each other in a traditional game.
Nope. That would push the football season into May... the players union would never go for it.
No. But in the World Cup, penalty kicks should be worth 1/2 point. Because they are too easy to make.
