Are para-Olympic athletes more gifted than Olympic athletes?

They're obviously not able to compete with other Olympic athletes, but they manage to be competitive, even with their limitations. Most of them are probably better than I am, and I am not disabled in the ways they are. I just feel that in terms of inborn talent and skill, they are better than any other athlete in their sport.

Sorry I find para sport as a competitive sport ridiculous, there are so many categories it feels like everyone goes home with a prize.

Most don't, because they usually c as n only qualify for 1-2 events.

Based on speed, blind runners could qualify for the general Olympics. They don't because they need someone who runs alongside them, which means unless we have Usain Bolt willing to run alongside them, they have to find someone who is able to keep up with them, and if they can't, they have to slow down.

you can be average fast sprinter and still qualify because there is no other competition in your country
