Is it fair for the Ghana team to still be upset with Suarez?

2010 was already 12 years ago and it's not Suarez's fault that Ghanaian missed the winning penalty kick back then. Present-day their team lost 0-2 with Uruguay and both got eliminated. This was their reaction to Luis Suarez going home (they were happy):

Luis Suarez is perhaps the dirtiest player in modern football. Aside from the incident against Ghana, he's also a notorious diver, and has been suspended many times for biting opponents (on 3 separate occassions), racially abusing a black player, and abusing fans. And that's not to mention all the punching and kicking of other players that he got away with. Basically, he's a complete twat.
Who *wouldn't* be happy to see him lose?

While the Ghana incident I can understand. The guy that missed the winning penalty just admitted himself that if roles were reverse and it had been Uruguay's last winning goal, he would've done the same thing. Over here he admit it that he would've done the same for his team:

As for the other biting, racist and diving incidents yes I do agree that's dirty playing. That's a bad reputation on the Uruguayan team as a whole.

I don't think so, Suarez was already punished in 2010 with a red card, it's not his fault that the Ghanaian player missed the penalty. Like I'm sure any if their olayers would've done the same had they been in Suarez's position. It's just hypocrisy and pettiness tbh.

True. I find it petty that those Ghanaians are happy about seeing someone crying and calling it karma. That makes them no better than Suarez celebrating the missed penalty. Yeah anyone would've done the same for their team. At least Suarez made Uruguay get to semi-finals at the time, a place that team hasn't been at in many years.
As for present-day, it's not karma. Uruguay got eliminated this time because they simply didn't play good the last two games. They didn't even try scoring.
