He was a superb college and pro player, and he brings that knowledge (and humor) to sports commentator.
I just know when he was healthy, he could be as dominant as anyone in the league. His issue was injuries.

u Good job. But I like Mike green Jeff VanGundy and the black guy. These are the three best commentators they work good together. I saw the Lakers Boston Celtics game last night they were doing it.

Walton may have been a good player but he's God awful as a commentator, even for a color guy. He steps all over whoever he broadcasts with. But I get why they cast him, he's a name.
