Probably. The only team after them which seems to be a tough unit are Ireland these days.

That is true. Obvs you can't rule out NZ. Evergreen and as dominant as SA in Rugby. However post 2019, just before the world cup, i do feel the momentum shift towards SA had begin.

Hahahah. I get it. I'm from England and I'd like to avoid France, Scotland and Ireland. We've really been struggling against these teams over the past few years. In the southern hemisphere teams i don't really mind australia since we seem to have gotten the better of them post 2015 world cup.

South Africa had the opportunity to join the Northern hemisphere rugby Union, with the Bulls, Sharks , Stormers etc. I don't know why they declined. They left the Super Rugby league tho
