Is it mens fault tha womens world cup is not hyped?

so there is a womens world cup and there's literally nobody talking about it, mens world cup was 7 months ago and it was so hyped, should men be blamed for not making womens world cup hyped? afterall men have the power to make anything BIG and should also women take the blame for not watching fellow women world cup?

No one should be blamed and its not mens "fault". Yes it is weird that there is such a massive discrepancy. Mens World cup is like the biggest festival for the next 4 years and women world cup is barely noticed that it exists. But sport is watched from a huge percentage by men, so its not weird or wrong that they are more interested in mens sport.

I just think that if you ARE a women interested in sports it is harder to actually see it like you would with mens sport. Maybe football is also the wrong thing to compare it too as mens football is the biggest sport event beside Olympia. If you compare other types of sport its not as BIG of a difference but its definitively still noticeable.

i mean people are talking about it. the ratings for the women's games are in line with what they typically are.

are men to blame for lack of interest? no. i think the women's world cup is more popular than it has ever been but unlikely will ever come close to the popularity of the men's game

If Men's National teams were losing to under 15 girls' teams there would probably be less interest in the Men's World Cup.
