I certainly watch Tennis, yes... and I've been watching since 98/99 too...
actually Tennis might be the one sport, in which women have actually sold more tickets for a final game and also got bigger ratings on screens (Serena Williams) might have not happened all the time but definitely happened sometimes
I also watch a lot of Women's soccer finals and big tourneys, there is also MMA... I've watched volleyball
and then you have the Olympics in which I do watch both men and women finals alike and... a few more others I've seen from time to time
but anyway, in general... the majority of women don't really watch that much of of most sports, even in soccer where the women are almost 40% of the viewers they also prefer the men playing soccer over females playing soccer

They're generally not as explosive as the men are. The man in general is the better athlete which makes for crazier plays, resulting in a more entertaining watch.
I don’t watch and it has nothing to do with any difference in skill level, it’s because I feel like these women are treated as both a visual object and also an athletic one, and I don’t like split category celebrities.
It always feels like a side show, a bit like the Paralympics. The men's events get heavily promoted and reported on but the women its just like they're televising it out of politeness.

If women practiced and improved, didn't have tattoos, and didn't try to complain about the pay gap that doesn't actually exist, and didn't try to claim they are as capable as men, then more people would watch. The amount of viewers and sport/league profit determines the pay, that is why women in tennis earn the same as men, but in other sports that have the man hating feminists and dishonesty have low viewership, which means less sales and less funding/pay.
Plus, most women don't support women's sports which leads to low viewership and less profit.
I really like womens golf and tennis , but in tennis they need to be playing 5 set tennis in the majors , so many matches are just ruined by being only 3 sets , Serena would have won even more if it were 5 sets.
Womens soccer is okey , 7s Rugby okey , AFLW ( thats just an absolute joke sorry )
It would help id far less of them were dikes , and they were not covered in tats , if I were a young straight girl , no way I'm putting my hand up to roll in the mud with dike monkeys jumping all over me , seems to attract them.
Netball is okey , they are very skillful , I will sometimes watch the grand final , but unless the standard is awesome , like golf has become , or a tennis final like Wimbledon ( again should be 5 sets ) , then its just not that interesting.
Tennis is being watched, but team sports are different. Volelyball has its own audience, but why would anyone watch women's basketball, or women's football?
The main reason is it's boring. Players are way less adept at it, the level of challenge is way weaker, and you can easily detect it if you watch men's sports.
People want to see better challenge, men's sports is extremely competitive, why you'd watch women playing football, when you know an average male player would annihilate every single one of them on pitch?Because a 15 and under boys team with no national title beat the USA Woman's Team who won the Olympics and the World Cup if memory serves, by 5 to 2. Plus we have to hear constant whines from Rapinoe or whatever her name is.
Now Women's Beach Volleyball is a great sport. Yes, the bikinis got me interested but the players, coaches and competition was what kept me watching. Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh were my favorite by far:
For several reasons, one of them being the skill shown is less than men. Basketball is an example where a wnba game has a crowd but the players rarely dunk and perform less than an nba game. A college ncaa team would beat a professional wnba team.
Another reason is that the culture has already established professional teams so breaking that market share is a challenge. Having fans of an mlb team vs fans of a woman’s softball team are still an imbalance.
That being said womens sports such as tennis, golf, and the Olympics including soccer are gaining in popularity as more younger girls play and grow up to become prosEven women dont watch women's sports. Its boring. Terrible. For example The WNBA is so unpopular that the NBA has to subsidize its existence, If the NBA did not, it would not exist. Same with Women's soccer.. Even Serena Williams understands why, She literally said she would lose against the 100th ranked men's tennis player because men are stronger, faster, and more aggressive.. When it comes to sports, men and women both like aggression.
But women, and mostly feminists refuse to understand this..The men are just having better contests. Take the example from your photo. Women’s tennis is slower and results in less intense rallies and craftsmanship. As a man, I watch men’s tennis for the contest and women’s tennis to gawk at the young girls as a depraved old man.
That’s just how it is.
Because of internalized misogny.
Women in a patriarachal society aren't "supposed" to do "masculine" things such as sports.
The same reason a lot of women don't watch children sports.
You are paying money to be entertained. Woman's sports isn't as entertaining as the price tag.
Men are watching men's sports. Why aren't more women watching women's sports?
Bill Burr has a bit on that. He says they are too busy watching real housewives and stuff like that.
It's a vicious circle
No one watches so there is less placement in media because commercial space isn't as valued and that is because no one's watchingFor me, I am facing difficulty, Perhaps due to being sexually influenced by the attractive or disgusting appearance. Maybe some guys prefer that type of sports more than females they should answer too
Easy... who wants to watch minor league sports when you can watch the majors? If it wasn't for girls in skimpy outfits there would probably be even a lot less guys who ever watched womens' sports.
I was in varsity tennis, so I’m always for my women tennis 🎾🙌🏻
People are too busy deciding on if cheer, is a sport or not
Sideline cheer, isn't. However, when you're doing competitive cheer, it is.
Most women do cheer, while most men, no longer do
Because men are stronger physically so it's more spectacular to see men go at it than women.
Because most women's sports are just severely watered down versions of mens sports. The competition and athleticism is just at a much lower level.
Men sport has a 100 Year head start so that becomes the normal so women sport is very different I fully support it though
