The people pushing for biological men (aka "trans women") to compete against biological women in sports is coming from leftist women, and until female athletes push back against this - HARD - they're going to keep getting hurt, having men set all the records in their sport, having men win all the metals and trophies, and having men take all of the scholarships and endorsements.
I realize that many of the female athletes feel bullied and intimidated into accepting this, but they need to fight back and they need to do it TOGETHER, or nothing will change. Riley Gaines can only do so much on her own. The whole point of Title IX was to protect WOMEN's sports, and, at least in the US, the law is on the side of the women (as it should be). But until lawsuits are actually filed and precedents set, women will keep losing out to biological men.
There are cis women with XY chromosomes; it's an intersex condition. She's not the first athlete to fail a chromosome test and be harassed and ridiculed as though she's trans, even if she's not.
The Olympics have made rules about this specifically because of trans athletes. Since Khelif meets those standards she can compete against other women in the Olympics, while most trans women cannot. If it turns out she does have an advantage then the standards will be updated again to be even more strict.
Considering there are far more in between situations in the field of genders, I'd avoid to judge too quickly. Still, the person left in the red outfit seems perfectly female, with the typical expression of female boxers, but the person on the right in the blue outfit seems at first sight rather very male. Is it a figment of my imagination, or do I see a hint of a penis form between his/her legs? Not sure, but take a look at both opponents' crotches. There seem to be a little difference. Sure I honestly don't know whether Imane Khelif is male or female.

Everything points to her being intersex, from the Algerians they say she was born a girl. With Algeria, they have a very hard stance of LGBT, a very hard stance, this would rule out her being transexual, aka guy to girl. A number of sports have a women section and an any section, that needs to be pushed further and anyone testing above a certain point on the Testosterone scale must compete in the Any section. The IBA would not have allowed either of those banned last time to fight, the IOC are fairly gutless money grabbing fuckwits. To be honest i dont know what the right answer would be. People with different genetics should not be allowed to compete? If that is the case should we take Michael Phelps medals away because he has twice as much lung capacity and have marfan syndrome. Where do we draw the line?

Here are the rules: A guy/girl/etc steps into the ring with the transgender and guesses what their gender is. If he/she/it guesses incorrectly, the transgender person gets to beat the shit out of him/her/it.

I don't know why they don't do something REALLY simple and REALLY clear: test chromosomes and ONLY allow XX chromosome people to compete in the women's division. Everything else--XY, XXY, etc. would have to compete in the men's division.
According to birth certificates, proof of identification starting from birth, she's always been a woman. She has some male features sure but that doesn't make one male, just like how long hair or a round ass doesn't make you a woman. I think people are just butthurt because she looks somewhat male, and they are all baseless rumors. Goes to show you shouldn't believe everything you see on the Internet.
