I've never been a cheerleader and never had the desire to be one either. I was however in volleyball all through high-school.

Your question makes absolutely no sense. Most athletic girls/women are in very good shape whether it’s form cheer or it’s from volleyball along with any other athletics.

That depends on the individual. I was a cheerleader and I've always been completely comfortable with my body.
