What do you do when you're a martial arts expert, but studying Martial Arts has become boring?

I was just watching a Grand Master's teaching video, and I realized I already knew everything he was teaching in a ~30 minutes kata bunkai video... on the most advanced unarmed kata in the style. It's like that every time these days. There pretty much isn't a move in Martial Arts that I haven't had demonstrated directly on me in the past, and that I either didn't already know or didn't already know how to counter that move.

Even something as important as Martial Arts gets boring when you already know almost everything that really works, and I can't afford to pay someone $200 per month to learn the stuff I supposedly don't know, because the instructor only shows up once or twice per month there anyway.

What would you do if you were me?

I quit video games because they are too easy and boring as hell. They're all marketed to the central mean 12 years old instead of the adult who's paying for the game.
