Rules and gears in kickboxing?

so in your kickboxing dojo what are the rules and the illegal hits also what are the gears that you have to use when you are sparring or fighting and does your dojo have any special rules?

I know some details about kickboxing from illegal moves: The groin, knees, back.

The gear is the head protection, boxing gloves, leg padding, mouthguard, and some are known to wear a jockstrap and protective cup though a blow to the groin is unlikely since it is an illegal move however some wear it just because.

What about your dojo?

same as you properly usually we don't use to much guards probably gloves only but if you wanna use shin guars or cup it's totally allowed in competition we have to use all of them
