Not me. You don't have to imagine... Nazare is like getting hit by a car. You get slammed. It over pressures you and people get bloody noses, you get internal trauma which can leave you bruises and potential broken bones, it has broken people's backs, it has drown people, and so on. You have to be towed into on a jet ski just to get a chance to ride it, you have to wear an inflatable life vest, you have to be recused by a jet ski after it slams you. There are a lot of rocks right in font of it to grind you if your jet ski driver fails to rescue you. But high level professional big wave surfers chase the adrenaline rush.
At least they have the rescue teams standing by. Thanks for the video.
And then there's the bad... First guy was chewed up and spit out of the wave then chewed up again. He broke his back and was hospitalized...

This is where I use to surf when I was younger.

Who in their right mind would surf at all?
Oh calm down, I'm screwing with you. Now nobody in their right mind would do any hazardous hobby this far outside the realm of reason as that wave.
Whoever is doing it is probably just trying to show off
Or wanting someone to collect their life insurance.
Big-wave surfers are a special kind of crazy-brave 😂 They train for exactly that kind of wipeout: breath-hold training, swimming with heavy drag, and learning to stay calm while being rag-dolled underwater.
They accept the risk for the adrenaline, mastery of fear, and love of the ocean. Just like tennis pros face 130 mph serves, they choose that extreme, just on a much wilder level 🌊

When I used to surf, anything over 8' was too hairy for me. Even those looked a mile high when you got swept up and stood up before you dropped in.
If you\n Know how to surf. That's the one you want to be on that's for sure. But it's more than knowing how to surf. That is unreal that's amazing
I think the answer is in your question... A monster would!!! Like Godzilla for sure. To him that's a proportional sized wave. Lol
I know it won't be me... lol
had enough of a whooping whipping the first time I went to the beach and almost died there... lmao
Surfers.
