The main form of conversation used today is texting. It's easier than face-to-face conversation and you can do it whenever you want. Despite how often it's done, some people just aren't that great at texting or have some interesting ways to do it. Here are six types of texters you have probably encountered.
1. The normal texter
This texter is the most normal out of all of them. Decent grammar, fair share of abbreviations, but overall understandable. Most people are some variation of the normal texter.
2. The texter who doesn't know how to use grammar
Not many people use perfect grammar and punctuation while texting. However some people mess up their grammar so much their texts are rendered either indecipherable or infuriating.
3. The "totally formal, perfect grammar" texter
The exact opposite of #2, this texter uses perfect grammar and punctuation as well as sending long, formal texts. Although you admire their attention to the quality of their texts, a conversation with them can feel a bit forced and formal at times.
4. The all-caps texter
This texter always uses all caps, no matter the occasion, making them sound hyper and worked up all the time. You can't help but envision them screaming at you when you read their texts.
5. The "lol after everything" texter
Maybe they do it because they feel like their text sounds too awkward or unfriendly without it. However sometimes it makes their texts sound even more awkward.
6. The spammer
If you don't respond on time, they'll text again. And again. And again. Until you're wondering why the hell you have fifty notifications on your phone when you finally get to it. Don't be this texter.
