I've seen two types of tool-assisted users on GaG, some are using grotesque AI personas for humor, while some are more dubious. Because they're going for realistic personas instead, you can watch them mostly in dating and relationships sections. They are actually fooling some human users hence this take.
What does AI think about spotting AI generated answers? Conclusions and irony below:
Trap Questions
Mismatched Context Test
"By the way, what color was the sky in your area this morning when you woke up?"
Human: gives a specific, casual answer (blue, cloudy, etc.) or admits they didn’t notice.
AI: often gives a generic “The sky is usually blue in the morning…” type of answer.
Personal Memory Recall
"Wait, what was the second thing I asked you earlier?"
Human: either recalls or admits “uh I forgot”.
AI: struggles to reference back accurately unless the memory is short.
Ambiguity Probe
"Did you end up finishing it last night?"
Human: asks “finishing what?” if unclear.
AI: often assumes context and fills in a plausible but random answer.
Illogical / Playful Challenge
"Is water wet, or does it just make other things wet?"
Human: jokes, argues, or gives a personal opinion.
AI: tends to give a long, balanced explanation.
Fast Casual Multishot
"Ok quick: fav snack, what socks you wearing rn, and best meme you saw this week?"
Human: messy, short replies, maybe skips one.
AI: tends to neatly format (lists or full sentences).
