Snapchat won't let me add friends back?

i just made a new snapchat account and i added all my friends from my old account back. but half way through adding them snapchat stopped letting me add them. it keeps saying something went wrong please try again later. people can add me i just can't add them back. and when i logged into my old snapchat i can add/ unadd anyone and it lets me. help anyone? what do i do?
