What's the dumbest thing someone has argued with you about?

Oh, most of my dumb arguments are with theists.

I think my favourite was someone who didn't understand Occams Razor - The idea that the simplest explanation that makes the fewest assumptions is more likely to be accurate.
They countered my point that a god is more complex than the big bang, with 'The wikipedia page for the big bang is really long and complicated. God is just 'god did it', which is simpler'. Therefore occams razor supports god.
How do you even counter that level of non-understanding?

I'm a theist and I find that argument by the theist air-headed. The simplest argument for him/her would have been the argument from "being." Ex nihilo nihil fit. Then add in the problem of universal entropy toward equilibrium/heat death, forcing non-theists to postulate about things that either defy logic or physics.

I don't think I've heard an 'Argument from being'. Sounds like it might just be an argument from ignorance, though.

One of the dumbest things someone has tried to argue with me about, is arguing that Trump doesn't lie. You've got to be buried in a whole, or be a Trump cult member, to think Trump doesn't lie all the time.
