Why does my samsung galaxy j7 crown smartphone slow down with my new phone case?

Heat dissipation is one of the problems that get increased with applied covers.
Heat dissipation leads to throttle in speed and that to slowing down of mobile.

Don't use a silicon case, use a plastic one. They are rigid, as the gaps between the plastic and the phone body helps a lot in heat dissipation. It is not as good as a bare mobile but is definitely better than a silicon case.

And use the thinnest case there is.

i have my blue one and it makes my samsung faster by quite a bit

There is no correlation between the two.
