I doubt many teachers have OF sites. They dedicate themselves to teaching, and don't really have the time to manage an OF site anyway... too busy preparing their lesson plans for the next week.

Further, I'll assume we're talking about a teacher in his senior year of high school. If his teacher has an OF site, I would politely talk to her about it. Realistically, he's going to masturbate, and I wouldn't make a big deal of that.

As far as your suggestion to ban OF... that's not going to happen. People have the right to post online and there is obvious demand for it, or it wouldn't exist. Personally, I don't fully understand how people make money on OF or other sites that sell pictures and videos. There is so much free stuff on the internet that you don't have to pay for.
