I do! I'm not joking when I say there's a fan on every room of my house right now (about 5 fans total, 6 if you count the mini one by my computer).
I have air conditioning, but it's freaking hot and humid where I live, so the fans help the air oscillate better throughout my house.

My AC doesn't run great so I have to use the ceiling fans and I live in South Carolina not to mention on the second floor of my apartment so you know it's hot where I am.

I have central air but I run the ceiling fans to circulate the air and make it feel cooler. With the fans on I can raise the central air up a few degrees warmer and still feel cool. Saves electricity this way.
Then I also use my fans to come over and fan me off while serving me grapes. I'm a local celebrity with fans that adore me. Ok that's bull shit but the first part isn't.

  @shesrad80 fan is indeed better when it’s like 40 degrees. I reside on a subtropical island, Tenerife, and the climate is actually cooler than it is on the mainland. It’s also often cloudy. I also am used to hot weather; eating fruits makes me sweat not.
