I have never stalked anyone. The internet wasn't really a thing when I was dating. However, I met a girl I was interested in. She told me what college she went to and the town she lived in. She would not tell me what her name was because she really wanted nothing to do with me. I went to the library at the college she went to and looked through her yearbook until I found her name. Then I went to the library in her hometown and got the local telephone book and looked up her number. It took me a couple of days to work up the nerve to call her out of the blue. She turned me down but eventually she became my wife.

Great story. How did she eventually become your wife after you got turned down?

well, we saw each other again a month later. It turns out that having me go through all that trouble and how clever I was tracking her down really impressed her so much that she had a much better opinion of me when we met a second time. We hung out for the whole weekend and I invited myself up to visit her in a couple of weeks and she agreed. We were married about 18 months later.

I don't consider it stalking if the person has a public profile... so I'm not sure what you are talking about?
Show up to someone'shome or follow them around ? Never... if you mean ", fake stalking" on the internet with public profiles then all the time.

Reasons include : curiosity, suspicious, etc.
I found out about a scammer through a checking deep into their social media.. this was probably the deepest I went into the archives to try to see if their stories were lies. Yet the only way I truly confirmed was to message the person's face they stole... reverse search images never worked, but they slipped up and mistakenly send an uncrowded screenshot photo of the real person's account.

They tried to hide it by sending many many messages and saying it was a malfunction (my butt) but I saw it. And from then on I was good.

STORY:
walking his dog letting it take a crap at my doorstep and not pick it up? I say excuse me would you please pick that up? He ignores me, sure no problem.
I picked it up, followed him home and put that crap in his mailbox. 10/10 would do again!
