T-Mobile 360 protection plan?

I have a question for anyone who works for or worked for a T-Mobile store, is the 360 protection plan worth it, or is it bullshit and a scam?

Just get it if you ever get mad throw your phone and it breaks or cracks they’ll replace it on the spot with a brand new one the regular warranty one you have to send in your phone for repair and it takes 8 weeks to send it back to you and you have nothing in the meanwhile

It's just phone insurance. Nothing special from ordinary phone insurance.

In fact some banks give you phone insurance for free if you are a premium account holder.

My ex chucked my phone off the balcony of our apartment and shattered the thing. Got a whole new phone thanks to the 360 protection 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Most protection plans (sometimes called extended warranties) are not worth it. But if it brings you piece of mind, go ahead. Just read the fine print carefully to determine what the plan covers, and (more importantly) what it doesn't cover.
