Yeah, use Arch Linux (or QubeOS) with full disk encryption on your computers and for mobile devices consider ditching Android for Graphene OS or Lineage OS at your own risk.

Your No-Go's are Google (and google accounts and signing in to your Android devices using google. I'm not sure about using just normal Android) Apple (iAnything) Microsoft (Windows 10 or newer).

However if you actively use social media like instagram or facebook, then all these are gonna be pretty much pointless.

No. Just like a builder cannot ensure his house is thief and burglar proof.

Sure they can take precautions, and have measures to reduce chances, but it can never be zero. Not even a bank can guarantee zero, and software is much more complex than a bank!

Probably not. That's why I keep info to a minimum. Never use my private email for on line purchases for example. Use an old 2G phone if I have to give a phone number. Always use a VPN.

There is no 100% secure system. If its connected to the internet its vulnerable. But there are some things you can do to stay safe, 1st get a good anti-virus, 2nd use a VPN, 3rd don't click on suspicious links or attachments.
