We both have open phones and do not restrict each other from our phones but I recently noticed he is using privacy mode. Is he hiding something from me. What do people normally look up or do on privacy mode in safari.

Our phones are open to each other so why my partner is using privacy mode is really confusing. What would he be hiding that he doesn't want me to see.

If you Do Not Find any "incriminating" pictures, messages, clips, then is just because he is Aware that Criminals and Organisations are using Your/His Data for Market Targeting, Data selling, etc, etc.

Oh but I did find incriminating pictures and clips but no messages. So should I be concerned?

I think they just hiding stuff. No data breaches. It's because they don't want to get caught doing stuff they should not be doing

Data brokers that sell your personal information to 3rd party advisors. Hacker that steal your personal information and use it for social engineering attacks or sell it to scam call centers.

No I don't think it's that. He never use to do that. Now he seems to be having a secrets from me and I'm wondering what could it be that he needs to hide. And I don't believe he is worried about hackers. He used normal mode too.

Well it's smart to use privacy mode than have your phone and personal information available like that. People see all the websites you visit and all your personal informative is available to criminals and data brokers.

They can legally give people you home address because or the rights to free speech law. So if someone wants to know it they can buy your personal information from a databroker.

He probably realize it's a smart idea to keep personal secure. But why not just ask him?

Because he hasn't answered other questions I don't believe he will answer this one. But I'm sure I'll get an opportunity to check it out. Just wanted to see what people thought.
