When you go to bed do you go straight to sleep or you use technology, phones or TV, tablet, computer etc. And then go to bed lol

I'm on my phone rn on my bed so there's my answer

Yes, I have made a goal to write 10 poems per day so that I can complete the challenge by Mom of publishing a book only after I write 1000 poems. So I will complete it in 100 days only. I write 4 poems in morning, 2 in evening, and 4 in night after texting my friend. I text my friend from 11 pm - 1:30/2:00 pm depending on whether next day is holiday or not and then write poems till maximum 2:30 pm and finally my phone's charge drops from 100 % to 9 % and I also get exhausted and sleep. Or if I'm not exhausted and find an interesting article on Google (Nowadays interested on serial killer stuff) then I read it and go to sleep. However there are days when I'm really tired so I don't even bother to touch my phone and go straight to bed.

I only use my phone when I wake up to check my email or any work text messages. I don't even use my phone when I come home, although I do go onto my laptop and start checking some of my creative projects, artwork, music being produced, etc.

But yeah, I do use the internet every day. Just not my phone too often.
