Should I confront my ex who blocked me but continues to follow me through a fake account?

My ex has blocked my Insta account but continues to watch my stories through a meme account (it was very easy to identify him having reviewed his followers). It is easy to just block that account but I want to let him know I’m aware it’s him. Any way to do that?
