I don't get it. I admit I do like loud music in my car sometimes, and yes it is often some sort of electronica or drum 'n bass, but some people take it to a level where it is both obnoxious and it is so loud they can't be able to hear it at a level where it can be appreciated. Quality not quantity.

A friend of mine connected a loudspeaker from an ice cream truck to his van to deliver pizza. When guys would pull up next to him and rattle his windows with "base" he would crank up polka music (that high pitch speaker cut right through it like it was a kitten crying)

It's QUITE annoying!! I like my music loud but nowhere NEAR that loud!!! Why the cops don't arrest people for this safety hazard, I don't know!!
