Many people complain about the new algorithm of Instagram. A campaign was even launched on this. Kylie Jenner and Kim Kardashian support the campaign for the old version of Instagram. So, what do you think? Do you prefer the new one which looks like Tiktok or the old version?

1. Why does it matter what Kylie Jenner or Kim Kardashian think? Their opinions are no more superior than anyone else's.

2. I don't use Instagram, so I really don't care. I do think they need to stop trying to be something they're not. Be Instagram and leave TikTok to be TikTok. Why copy?

I stayed far away from Instagram to begin with and I will continue to do so. Let them kill the platform and the world will be a better place. We don't need the culture it is raising. I would be really careful listening to rich people about changes, they are clearly losing money on the new algorithm. So maybe it is a improvement. So not all traffic end up at the top.

facebook grabbed instagram to latch onto the next social media craze. They are now just doing the exact same thing by trying to be tiktok. Essentially facebook either buys you out or copies your platform.

Reason being, they make plenty of money farming your personal info and handing it all over to companies so they can target you with ads.

New versions are not necessarily better versions, or even good ones. I do not use Insta any more. However, the same criticism applies to many apps and progs. For example, the mobile version of Firefox, that I use occasionally, is rubbish compared to its predecessor.

I remember some of the celebs were raging about Elon musk taking over twitter because he was doing away with fake followers, if they done away with fake followers on all these sites a lot of these slebs would have very few real followers.

Every version after they added video to it was trash, and it became even worse with stories. If I want old Instagram back, it'll be the one dedicated to photos.
