I bought a ps1 is that a good decision?

It was 200$ on ebay with a bundle of 6 games

Seems like a bit too much, even if everything is in pristine condition.

Also depends on the games and the additional stuff that may or may not be included. additional stuff like memory cards, 2nd controller, wires and adapters.
Or maybe one of the games is a real rarety to justify the price.

But if everything is working fine, the PS1 was a good console with great games.

Yeah i know there were so many games for it and i used to own one before with games like spyro 1 and 3, resident evil 2, syphon filter

The thing is, you can easily play any PS1 game on the PS2, so i would have chosen the PS2 or a cheaper PS1.

Because PS2 can do anything the PS1 can, but better and more.

I usually see them for €30-€45 without games.
Games are about €15 each one.

Sure, you'll be playing the jRPG's for some time, but RE2... But yeah, good games.
FF7 has a cult following, FF8 is apparently loved too.
RE2, well. Capcom recently remade it so it generated some buzz over it.
I think in your case, it's the games that boosted the price.

In my mind, it's kinda stupid to buy a PS1, since emulators etc, but you do you man.
