Depends mainly on your personal taste and the console exclusive titles you want to play.

Probably because PS5 is still sold out everywhere, at least here in germany. Thats another different part of the choice.

But the hardware is slightly different but overall they can do the same stuff.

So its just the question wether you want to play Forza and Halo, or Ratchet and Clank and Horizon Zero Dawn,... or any other exclusive title.

Depends what games you want to play.

Also, XBOX and PC games tend to be cross platform, PS4/5 not so much.
