Anyone have a clue on why steam wouldn't vertify my email address?

So they ask for my email and when I give it to them and when I click to vertify it, it says there was a problem vertifying my email address to try again later, anyone have an idea on what it may be?

I tried with 3 different emails and it didn't let me
