Instagram deactivated my account. Please help?

I had my IG account for about 6 years now with almost 10k followers.

Yesterday when I tried opening the app, it said my account was deactivated. I tried to appeal the decision, and had to upload selfie with a code which I did, but there's been no email confirmation

Now if I try to search for myself, it says 'user doesn't exist'

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve?

Chances are, you uploaded nudes, sexual content, links to OF pages or putting CashApp accounts on the profile (which counts as Scamming by site rules and rightfully should be deleted), or other stuff that breaks sites Terms of Service.

IF you did any of those things, then you rightfully deserved to be deleted and I don't feel sorry for you. If you weren't spamming sex content on there or broke ToS, then I don't know what to tell you.

I keep seeing IG spam these new accounts to me with "Got deleted at [#]K followers" on them, and they're almost always OnlyFans whores doing the same sh*t that got them deleted last time, sometimes even putting their CashApp accounts on there again to scam men with. And then I report their accounts and block them so IG never suggests them to me again.

I never violated any of the community guidelines, no nudes or sexual content , no cash app, and I don't have OF :(

It is a known issue. Few days ago thousands of accounts got deactivated.

Go to Instagram support page where you'll find a link to write to them. It will work after that

I tried submitting a form, but it says I need to go into my account and confirm it's me to submit, but I cannot get into my account on the 1st place 🙃

Instagram has stopped sending you e-mails for some reason, most likely due to the deactivating of the account

go to your Facebook account and add your e-mail address from your Instagram account as an "unrecognized login"

to do this, go to Settings and Privacy Settings Security and Login Get Alerts about Unrecognized Logins

turn it "on" and enter your Instagram e-mail address

Facebook will send you a verification e-mail with a code you will enter to verify that you have access to that (Instagram) e-mail address

now wait 24 hours and do the Instagram verification again, and this time you will receive the verification e-mail and be able to restore your Instagram account

Thank you so much , I manged to add the email on my FB but didn't need to verify as my fb and ig email are the same

Tried to reset my ig password with the email, but still says user doesn't exist 😔
