What are some things you dislike about social media and the internet?

It's stressfull, I was born into the virtual world and internet. It all exploded when I was young.

There are many pros with technology and the globalisation of internet connectivity has taken us very far, in much shorter timespan compared to how things evolved before it existed. Internet is a beauty, it's getting raped by greedy corporations in terms of disgusting social media platforms. Some far worse then others. And the fact that we use much of its total traffic (like a crazy amount) to share pornographical content 😂

Today I can barely cope with the amount of information constantly invading my brain. All the crap I don't even want to see or know. There's so much going on 24/7. I've given myself 1 day every week where I do not check my phone. I only answer calls, the desire and urge we have to check that thing I do not like.

And there's no wonder kids get hooked to monitors and devices early on. My sisters kids are turning into monitor craving monsters. The middle one totally freaks I'd he cannot use his pad or watch tv. And you can see how it's effected him, he cannot sit still for one second unless you give him a Treat.

And don't get me started on the absolute nonsense going on at Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube the big platforms with huge monopoly. It's a very scary cultivation happening. People are distancing themselves and becoming more cold hearted, shallow, depressed and fixed on the ideal of what goes around those platforms.

Beautiful humans are turning themselves into plastic creatures. And the long term exposure of how we 'should' look is finally starting to take an I'll turn, like for real. I feel sorry for every human getting forced ideals on them from today's modern society. The weight of todays world can be lethal. And people do it blindly because they want to 'fit' in.

When I was young, girls wore mascara and maybe dyed their hair. That's it and it's not that long ago man. Guys didn't have to be ripped with abs or have perfect beard lines. Our teeth were natural and not snow white.

And this is what goes around, the more shallow we have become. Assuming things, judging by what. Gossiping, backstabbing, faking, lying all just to fit in and get a moments peace. I do not sense the earthly connection we humans have in our roots that much anymore. At least not around where I'm from. My brain feels changed, like something that's always been there is fading. Something very important. But It's constantly being clouded by bullshit.
