Use is relative, as I use GAG mostly, but I have done telegraph because it can hide my phone number.
The problem with apps that require a phone number that cannot be hidden, is now people you don't want to know your real phone number can see it. They can call, text or harass you outside of the app.
Telegram allowed me to hide it, although in all fairness, I haven't used it since before Thanksgiving.
