No but you can send a real letter. You're not going to find an email; people and organizations don't give that stuff out anymore, particularly Federal government agencies.

Really? I thought msot of companies ahve customer services email as it is quicker and faster than sending a real letter that could take weeks. The problem here is that I dont live in the USA and by writing a real latter it will take weesk for the letter to arrive that is why I thought an email was much better and easier

You are right about many companies. But what I gave you was the post office in Beverly Hills and the post office is a US government agency; they don't have a customer service email.
