Hey everyone, I am wondering if any of you would know is it fine to be installing like 200gb worth of games in just a day to an SSD?
Like would that cause mess with the SSD cells or anything?

Only if your SSD has enough storage.
As for speed boost, yes you will notice a difference. Just be careful about it, as it does cause problems in SSDs.
There's no harm to the drive, no. The issue will be how fast the games will transfer/ download to the new drive. It might take a while.

No brain harm will take place to your LSD.
