How do you activate the audio in a Microsoft Teams call?

It is that when I click on the microphone on the right that is above it is deactivated, it is the audio of the other person and when I want to speak they do not hear me on the other side.

How do I activate the microphone?

Uhm. . . literally in the upper right corner there is a phone icon for voice calls.

If your audio is not working, you need to fix that. Just go to "settings" devices. And make sure your microphone and speakers are configured properly.

The only other thing that could be an issue is if you have another conference platform running and it has not released control of the devices.
