What are the things you look for on a product page on a website?

I am trying to start my own ecommernce store & I have hotjar which lets me "see" what customers are doing. I don't understand why so many people are clicking off when I have everything covered.

A description in basic point form
Price which isn't expensive.

This is what people see in the description, what am I missing?

The 1-3 week shipping time would put me straight off. Any decent store posts the next day at the latest and provides tracking. When I see 1-3 weeks I think you don't actually have it in stock or you've no intention of sending it.

Not referencing your online store but these are the things that put me off any online shop.

Poor grammar. Zero excuse and instantly makes me think it's a scam or fake business.

Hard to find information like postal charges, returns policy, payment options, and T&C.

Looks amateurish. Again makes me think it's not legit.

Bullshit sales talk.

No physical address. I want to know you're a real business, not a 12-year-old. If you do provide an address I will put it in street view. You'll be surprised how many come up as terraced domestic houses.

Shop in the wrong location. Might sound harsh but there's some places I'm reluctant to buy from such as Ireland (goes missing in the post far too often). London (too many bullshitters). America (postal charges are ridiculous.)
