How would you go about forbidding internet censorship?

I was talking with some of my friends about how to combat internet censorship and how things are complicated based off off of things like "where are your servers located... and is that relevant to determining if you can be prosecuted or not" and stuff like that.

I just wanted your guys' thoughts on the matter and how would you go about keeping free speech on the internet?

An amendment would have to be made to the constitution that forces private companies to allow all speech. Right now the constitution says they don't have to. So that's really what it comes down to. Which one leads to more freedom? That's the real question.
You don't want the government having more involvement in private business, but those "private businesses" are also public platforms. So who draws the line?

The only real way to combat it right now is for more sensible billionaires like Elon Musk to buy these fuckers out or create their own platforms that aren't so strict
