What are your thoughts compared to this site?
Reddit is a lot better than Gag. Sure like everywhere else, Reddit has a few rude people, but overall never really had a negative experience on there.
Also Reddit has groups to join, me in a lot of video game related pages such as Far Cry, Cyberpunk, Dragon Age, Horizon Zero Dawn, GTA, Silent Hill, etc..
GAG on the other hand is too full of sexual questions, so hard to find questions to answer. And the ones that I do want to answer are over a year old. The amount of bullies and trolling are ridiculous too, at least Reddit doesn't have an Anonymous feature so you can easily block the problem makers.

Its less toxic in some places, its less centralized meaning this website is basically like one subreddit, but there is much more on reddit, when if comes to any opinion based things the middle ground does exists on reddit, while here there are mostly extreme opinions. On the other hand its much less interactive, and it depends much more on the subreddit you are on. Also reddit has so much more that this side doesn't even offer.
I used both sites over the years. Reddit is more like a big city and GaG a small town. Both have pros and cons. I was a top 1% Reddit user according to a year end message they sent me. A month later a prissy Mod had his friend permaban me for a comment that wasn’t that bad but it just offended the ridiculous basement dwelling subreddit mod. Of course I could sneak back but F them. Let them take out their 1% and see how good the site is. I certainly don’t need them in my life.
Yeah it’s less censored but not as interactive and has so many divisions and categories

Yes it's great. It's the same, but more people. So you find more of good people, and more of bad people. More topics as well, you can find more specific ones. For example, here we have Entertainment topic. On reddit you could probably find a subreddit for bowling specifically, if that's your hobby.
People seem really smart on Reddit, that's the main thing I've noticed. It's rare that I see a comment and think "that is dumb". Other social networks seem to be practically dominated by dumb stuff.
no i checked it out but its too big and weird.
I've never used Reddit, but it has less censorship on there.
I find a lot of good programming tips and stuff on Reddit. It is a pretty good resource.
