Handheld video game?

Looking for some kind of hand held video game that will have all the NES and SNES roms to play. Any suggestions?

Best solution would be an emulator, which are in a grey area between legal/illegal.

Next best and 100% legal solution is the switch and the official NES/SNES software, but it doesn't contain all games and you need the monthly subscription membership as well.

There are plenty on Amazon. Just pick one with good reviews, and it will be cool.
They say that the Anbernic and Powkiddy are good.

I just install emulators on my phone from the play store and download ROMs for the games.
