What exp level do I need to be to reply to private messages?

Ah I think I answered this for ya but for others that run across this question here is what I copied from the site FAQ.

When can I send private messages?
Xper Levels 2+ can send private messages

You can get them at level 1 if you have your settings allow it. I personally don't because I used to and got a lot of rude or sexual messages. Hope this helps.
