What do you usually use to listen to music?

I was just looking through a catalog and I saw an MP3 player for sale and it just had me wondering if people even use MP3 players anymore.
I've owned a couple in the past (never an IPod, sadly), but now I just listen to music on my phone most of the time.

Nowadays it's through my phone mostly because I'm always moving about & listening to spotify. But I have wired iems hooked up to the Qudelix 5k bluetooth dac/amp so that I can always have a 20 band eq for my audio.

However, my preference is through the computer so I can play actually utilize a better codec by using the usb connection feature on the qudelix. I also prefer my computer setup because I like to plug my Qudelix 5k into my JDS LABS desktop amplifier. It's got a gain knob that I use as a volume knob. Comes in so handy for quick & smooth volume changes!

When I still had MY house, I'd listen on my stereo up in my room on the third floor and via the computer when in the living room. Now, the only place I CAN listen is on one of the computers! This one on the 2nd floor and the laptop downstairs.
Sometimes it's via YT or other sites, sometimes it's via MP3's or CD's that I either own or have compiled either from records/CD's or MP3's.

A thumb drive and USB port in my car, or a MP3 player for my 10,000 songs on MP3 discs I have. But who has the time to listen to them all?

I use my phone when out and about but I do own the first three generations of iPod. At home I have a PC with a high end sound card and a mix and match hi-fi seperates system. I listen to as much music as I do on physical media (CD's and vinyl) as I do on the PC.

Has to be a high quality sound system. I love music too much to listen to it through a phone speaker. I also never stream music because of the abysmal sound quality. Furthermore, I want to hear music in the way it was intended.

My computer, usually. I've never been comfortable with some company collecting and storing data about what I listen to, when, and for how long; it's not easy to stay untracked, but it can be done. And an MP3 player does the job just fine.

Bella I almost always listen with good headphones on my phone. I have CDs and a sound system but they're in storage boxes.

I have an mp3 player for the gym. I use a flash drive with mp3 files on them in my truck. I use my Bluetooth headphones with my cellphone when I mow the lawn. At work I sometimes stream a local radio station.
